My name is Vince Vaughan.

I am an authority on applying Web-based technologies to Fortune 500 companies most pressing problems. I’ve designed plans to remove millions of dollars from IT budgets through strategy and planning, designed entire social infrastructures organized around productivity and innovation and architected mobile application integration structured in a way that allows for customers to engage my clients anytime and anywhere. For example:

  • Reduced technology debt of Fortune 100 company by 5 million dollars in six months by introducing new practices using emerging technology
  • Led strategy, productivity and innovation of highly trafficked eCommerce domain for Fortune 300 company.
  • Designed strategy roadmap to remove 25 million dollars of cost from an IT budget for Fortune 300 company.
  • Designed entire social infrastructure for Fortune 100 company integrating with internal data using Service Oriented Architecture, Identity Management, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Designed the end-to-end architectures of numerous new product launches including: IPTV, many eCommerce portals, e-Billing Applications, Mobile applications, Social applications
  • Led the consolidation of eCommerce, Product Development and CRM applications to a common reusable architecture
  • Led teams to produce combined technology inventory for Merger and Acquisition of new company
  • Led the selection, architecture, design and implementation of many enterprise ready platforms and applications.
